Tobias serves as the Compliance Conducting Officer and is a member of the Management Committee at Pemberton Asset Management S.A. He is a highly experienced compliance professional with over 15 years of expertise in the Luxembourg financial services industry.
With a strong commitment to regulatory integrity, Tobias ensures that Pemberton consistently adheres to the highest standards of compliance and remains fully aligned with all applicable requirements. Prior to joining Pemberton, Tobias held key compliance roles at Optimum Asset Management, were he acted as Compliance Officer and RC and Aviva Investors. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds a Professional Certificate in Compliance. He earned his Diploma in Business Administration from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, one of Germany’s leading academic institutions.
