Géraldine Léonard is a partner with NautaDutilh and a member of the Investment Funds team. Géraldine specialises in legal and regulatory matters related to Luxembourg based investment funds and investment fund managers. She advises domestic and international clients on the structuring, marketing and day-to-day operations of Luxembourg investment vehicles, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds (Part II funds, SIFs, RAIFs, SICARs, LPs) and UCITS.

Géraldine also assists investment fund managers on the regulatory aspects relating to their authorisation, licencing and organisation, with a particular expertise in restructuring and branchification operations.
