With over 25 years of experience in HR and finance, Delphine is currently Head of HR for PwC Luxembourg. Delphine started her career at Deloitte in audit until she turned to her passion in 2009: managing human resources. After her experience as HR operations director at Deloitte, she joined Amazon in 2015 and became head of HR for Amazon Devices EU & Alexa International. In 2020, she was appointed HR Director at ING Luxembourg and member of the Executive Committee, before joining PwC in 2024. Throughout these experiences, she took the opportunity to define HR strategies to foster growth, innovation and organisational effectiveness. She is passionate about enhancing candidate and employee experiences that are at the heart of HR strategies to deliver a superior client experience. For her, building, developing and supporting highly talented, diverse and inclusive teams that ultimately will deliver companies’ results is a priority.
