Julia is the founder and owner of IMIKA Consulting. She supports executive management and HR in building stable, future-ready cultures in regulated organisations, with less turnover, less quiet quitting and greater ownership. As former coordinator of COVID crisis communication at the Luxembourg Ministry of Health and member of the national crisis task force, she knows political steering mechanisms, silos and decision-making processes from the inside. A political scientist (Sciences Po Paris), she has several years of leadership experience in international teams and is a certified systemic coach, change manager and communications manager.

Die Politikwissenschaftlerin (Sciences Po Paris) verfügt über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in internationalen Teams und ist geprüfte systemische Coach, Change Managerin und Kommunikationsmanagerin.

Julia est fondatrice et propriétaire d’IMIKA Consulting. Elle accompagne les directions générales et les DRH dans la construction de cultures organisationnelles stables et tournées vers l’avenir au sein d’organisations régulées, avec moins de rotation du personnel, moins de retrait intérieur (« quiet quitting ») et davantage de prise de responsabilité. Ancienne coordinatrice de la communication de crise liée au COVID au sein du ministère de la Santé et membre de la cellule de crise nationale, elle connaît de l’intérieur les mécanismes de pilotage politique, les silos et les processus de décision. Politologue (Sciences Po Paris), elle dispose de plusieurs années d’expérience en management d’équipes internationales et est coach systémique, consultante en conduite du changement et responsable de communication certifiée.
