Géraldine has been Head of People & Culture at KPMG Luxembourg since 2015 and has 18+ years of experience in Human Capital.

Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to driving strategic initiatives related to talent attraction, employee engagement, talent management & development and compensation & benefits. With her expertise, Géraldine shapes the People Strategy and coordinates all people operations that address the talent needs of KPMG Luxembourg. In March 2023 she was awarded 'HR Manager of the Year' at the Luxembourg HR Awards, while KPMG won the "Best Health & Well-Being Strategy" award. 

Géraldine is an advocate for inclusion and diversity in the workplace and is the sponsor of a mentoring program at KPMG which aims to unlock female’s potential to get more women in leadership roles.
