He advises banks, investment firms, asset managers, payment and e-money institutions, fintechs, and other financial institutions, whether established entities or those planning to provide regulated services.

His work includes licensing, registration and authorization requests, and regulatory compliance under frameworks such as CRD/CRR, MiFID, PSD/EMD, EMIR, SFTR, MiCAR, and AML/CFT rules. Adrien also assists with M&A transactions involving regulated entities, including regulatory due diligence and notifications to authorities, as well as governance matters.
