Maria is the founder of ABAX, a boutique financial advisory firm supporting international groups and entrepreneurs in complex financial environments. 
With 18 years of experience in corporate finance and financial reporting, she has held senior leadership roles in international organizations across the technology, automotive and transportation sectors. Before founding ABAX, she served as Head of Accounting and Group Consolidation for several international groups in Luxembourg, including Delphi Automotive, IEE and Docler Holding, overseeing consolidation structures of more than 100 entities. Maria began her career in audit with RSM and EY Luxembourg. 
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from HEC Paris and is a certified accountant in Luxembourg and Greece. 
She also serves as President of the Greece–Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
