Mike is the Asset & Wealth Management Leader in PwC Luxembourg

He joined PwC in Baltimore, Maryland in 1997, transferring to New York in 2004. He relocated to Luxembourg in 2007, providing audits and audit-related services to numerous UCITS, Part II UCIs, SIFs, RAIFs, PSFs, banks, broker-dealers, investments advisors and securitisation vehicles within and outside the Grand Duchy.

He has also has been a member and chair (until 2023) of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) Fund Committee for over ten years, overseeing the publication of the landmark Fund Governance Survey report and promoting good governance and administrative excellence in Luxembourg's funds industry.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science at University of Maryland (Accounting & Finance),and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as Réviseur d’Entreprises agréé.
