Damien Chapon is Managing Director, CEO and board member of Natixis CIB Luxembourg, where he leads a 40-person institution authorised by the CSSF. Appointed in February 2023, he has steered the bank’s transformation from a wealth management focus to a Corporate and Investment Banking model. He is now dedicated to developing the CIB business, specifically in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance, while leveraging Natixis CIB's full capabilities in the local market.  Damien oversees cross-functional teams in commercial, control and support functions. He plays a key role in aligning the bank with Natixis CIB standards, driving integration, and managing strategic change. Known for his leadership and collaborative approach, he ensures strong engagement with teams and regulatory stakeholders.
