Catalin is a partner in the Accounting and Outsourcing department. 
He has over six years of experience in providing corporate and accounting services: domiciliation, management, bookkeeping, GAAP-to-GAAP conversion, preparation of standalone and consolidated accounts under Lux GAAP and IFRS, corporate secretarial services, technical advice. 
He has over thirteen years of experience as a financial auditor, for clients in oil and gas, energy, metallurgy, automotive, transportation, food and beverage, hospitality and other industries.  
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
