Theresa Condor is a a deep-tech space company co-founder, bringing extensive expertise in enterprise sales, high-growth business strategies, go-to-market execution, international operations, and P&L management.

Since January 2025, she serves as CEO of Spire Global, a leading provider of satellite data, analytics, and space services. Theresa has led Spire from ideation to more than $100m in Annual Recurring Revenue, driven the company’s expansion from Silicon Valley to 3 continents and a global customer base, and closed world-first sales contracts of satellite meteorology datasets from a private sector constellation.

Prior to Spire, Theresa worked in emerging markets finance, managing Citibank’s Latin America trade syndications desk from New York and contributing to microfinance and international trade facilitation projects in Bangladesh.
