Catherine Wurth has forged a solid career in the field of corporate social responsibility, with particular expertise in sustainable finance. Currently head of the CSR department at BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg, she implements the bank's Sustainability strategy, managing ESG data projects and developing new sustainable products and services. 
Her commitment to microfinance is embodied in her role at Microlux. 

Catherine Wurth trained at prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge, the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, the Hertie School and the SOAS University of London. Catherine Wurth évolue depuis plusieurs années dans les domaines de la gestion d’entreprise, de la transformation organisationnelle et du développement durable. Actuellement membre de la direction de co-labor, elle accompagne le pilotage des secteurs d’activité ainsi que les projets de transformation stratégique de cette entreprise sociale engagée dans l’insertion professionnelle et l’économie durable.

Avant de rejoindre co-labor, elle a dirigé le département Sustainability de BGL BNP Paribas, où elle était responsable de la stratégie de finance durable et de développement responsable de la banque. Engagée de longue date sur les enjeux d’impact social et d’inclusion financière, elle est également au Conseil d'administation de Microlux.

Catherine Wurth a suivi plusieurs formations exécutives au sein d’institutions internationales reconnues, parmi lesquelles l’University of Cambridge, la Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, la Hertie School et la SOAS University of London. Elle s’investit également dans différentes initiatives associatives et philanthropiques au Luxembourg, notamment auprès de André Losch Fondation et de la Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants d’entreprise.

Catherine Wurth verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Unternehmensführung, Organisationsentwicklung und Nachhaltigkeit. Heute ist sie Mitglied der Direktion von co-labor und begleitet dort die Weiterentwicklung der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche sowie strategische Transformationsprojekte des Sozialunternehmens.
Vor ihrem Wechsel zu co-labor leitete sie den Bereich Sustainability bei BGL BNP Paribas und verantwortete dort die Strategie für nachhaltige Finanzen und nachhaltige Entwicklung der Bank. Ihr Engagement für soziale Wirkung und finanzielle Inklusion zeigt sich zudem in ihrer Mitwirkung bei Microlux.
Catherine Wurth absolvierte Weiterbildungen an renommierten internationalen Institutionen wie der University of Cambridge, der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, der Hertie School sowie der SOAS University of London. Darüber hinaus engagiert sie sich ehrenamtlich in verschiedenen Initiativen und Stiftungen in Luxemburg, unter anderem bei der André Losch Fondation sowie der Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants d’entreprise.
