With over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment, Bernhard is a recognised expert in Executive and Board Evaluation and Compensation. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, he led the Luxembourg office of Korn/Ferry for over a decade and held leadership roles in the European and global financial services practices. He later founded his executive search firm and international consulting network.
Bernhard is a founding member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) and an Honorary Consul of the Bahamas in Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Bonn.
