Fort d'une expérience de plus de 40 ans dont 36 au Luxembourg, Olivier a occupé des postes clés au sein de grands cabinets de conseil, d’une prestigieuse Etude d'avocats et de sociétés de services. 
Sa contribution s'étend avec une expérience significative dans le renforcement des capacités de développement au niveau institutionnel gouvernemental. En tant que mentor, il contribue au développement de l’entreprenariat luxembourgeois.

Als Generaldirektor von Masselotte, das auf die Begleitung von Unternehmen im Transformationsprozess spezialisiert ist, übernimmt Olivier 2021 die Generaldirektion des Internationalen Instituts für Forschung und menschliche Entwicklung (iiRHD).
