Laurent Heiles has been working in the insurance industry for 25 years.
He began his career in the family business, then as Sales Manager at Foyer Assurances. Following this experience, he joined Baloise in 2001, where he held a number of different roles before taking up the position of Commercial Directo, International Life Director, and member of the Executive Committee. He has also been Chair of the Board at Baloise Life Liechtenstein since 2020. Through these various positions, he plays a decisive role in driving the company’s strategy and aligning it with the Group's vision, while ensuring the company's visibility. 
He is also an active member of several professional associations.

Laurent Heiles mène depuis 25 ans carrière dans le secteur de l’assurance.
Il débute son parcours professionnel dans l’entreprise familiale, puis en tant que Sales Manager au sein de Foyer Assurances. Après cette expérience, il entre en 2001 chez Baloise où il a assumé différents rôles avant de prendre le poste de Directeur Commercial, Directeur Vie Internationale, et membre du Comité Executif. Il est également président du conseil d'administration de Baloise Life Liechtenstein depuis 2020. A travers ces différents postes, il joue un rôle déterminant dans la conduite stratégique de l’entreprise et son alignement avec la vision du groupe, tout en assurant la visibilité de la société. 
Il est également membre actif de plusieurs associations professionnelles.
