Filip Volders has joined Baloise as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Executive Committee in 2019, with the mission of developing stronger digitalization within our processes. 
Originally from Flanders, Filip Volders holds a civil engineering degree in computer science (University of Leuven) and an industrial engineering degree (Antwerp University of Applied Sciences). With 29 years' experience in the IT and financial world, he had worked́ for 6 years within the IQ-EQ group as Group IT, change, security & facilities leader and member of the executive committee, before taking up his position at Baloise. In charge of the Transformation Office, he supervises the various IT disciplines, as well as the Transformation and Agility teams.

D’origine flamande, Filip Volders est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur civil en informatique (Université de Louvain) et d’un diplôme d’ingénierie industrielle (Haute école d’Anvers). Fort de 29 ans d’expérience dans l’univers informatique et financier, il avait travaillé́ durant 6 ans au sein du groupe IQ-EQ en tant que Group IT, change, security & facilities leader et membre du comité exécutif, avant de prendre ses fonctions chez Baloise. Responsable du Transformation Office, il supervise les différentes disciplines de l'IT, aussi bien que les équipes de Transformation et Agilité.
