Luc De Buck has been Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo Luxembourg since March 2022. He joined Sodexo in 2007 and has built most of his professional career within the company, progressing through a range of roles. He started as a Business Controller, before becoming Sales Manager in 2011 and Head of Controlling in 2015. Since 2022, he has been responsible for Sodexo Luxembourg’s finance function. His career within the Group reflects a progression from controlling and commercial responsibilities to senior financial leadership, giving him extensive knowledge of the business and its performance management challenges.
