CEO of Baloise in Luxembourg since June 2023, Christine Theodorovics has been in the finance industry for 24 years, both in the insurance and banking industry, in different leadership roles. 
Whilst having acted as General manager, she also had responsibilities in the area of digitalization, distribution, operational excellence, marketing, and ESG strategy.
Christine was also setting up new insurance entities in the UAE and Singapore, and served as Head of Operational Excellence in Zurich and Paris.
She also held executive board and non-executive board positions in Germany, was Life CEO in Switzerland and Austria as well as the global independent distribution director.
Christine also holds several roles as Independent Non Executive Board Director.
