Claire Marchi co-founded Payrolla.lu in 2025, an innovative HR Tech company specializing in digitalized umbrella employment services in Luxembourg.
Before launching her own venture, Claire held executive positions at Autopolis Luxembourg as Marketing and Communication Director, and later at Nhood Luxembourg as Head of Marketing, Communication & Innovation. Starting in 2017, she led several major projects, including the creation of the Cloche d’Or shopping center, which won the Best Shopping Center in BeLux Award.
Previously based in Paris, Claire worked as Retail Marketing Manager for Solocal Group, founded her own marketing and communication agency serving national clients, and gained solid experience in consulting agencies at Lorweb Group. She managed 360° marketing projects across the French, Belgian, German, and British markets.

Avant de créer sa propre entreprise, Claire a occupé des postes de direction chez Autopolis Luxembourg en tant que Directrice Marketing et Communication, puis chez Nhood Luxembourg en tant que Head of Marketing, Communication & Innovation. Dès 2017, elle y a piloté plusieurs projets d’envergure, dont le lancement du centre commercial Cloche d’Or, récompensé par l’Award du Meilleur Shopping Center de BeLux.
Auparavant basée à Paris, Claire a exercé comme Responsable Marketing Retail pour Solocal Group, a fondé sa propre agence de marketing et de communication au service de clients nationaux, et a développé une solide expertise en agence conseil chez Lorweb Group. Elle y a conduit des projets 360° sur les marchés français, belge, allemand et britannique.
