He leads the Payments practice in Luxembourg, where he oversees projects on payments regulations, market infrastructure, and digital transformation. He also acts as the Service Leader for Deloitte Solutions, a regulated entity that provides end-to-end tax and regulatory reporting, payments, and other managed services for banking and investment management clients.

Alexandre holds an Engineer Degree in Telecommunication from TELECOM SudParis and a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Université de Poitiers. He is fluent in French and English.
