Alice is leading the operations of Hays Luxembourg for the senior appointments & executive search. 
She began her career within a global STEM recruitment firm in Luxembourg and led an office for 2 years between 2021 and 2023.
With more than 10 years of experience in Tech recruitment and staffing industry and a 5-year background in leadership, she is and experienced professional of the local recruitment market.
Personally, Alice is also very active in the Tech ecosystem in Luxembourg, recruiting in the area for the past 10 years and has gained extensive experience in recruiting tech talents, establishing herself as a recognized expert in the sector.
In addition to her operation leader role in Luxembourg, Alice took over the role of Head of Tech for France + Luxembourg focusing on developing the strategy for the Permanent appointments.
