Mourad Djamah is the Business Development and Service Manager for Axians Luxembourg.

He is currently pursuing an MBA in Luxembourg and holds a Master’s degree in information systems management in France. He began his career as a Software Engineer, before moving on to roles in process management and service delivery. He joined Luxembourg as a Service Delivery Manager, before moving on to role of Client Delivery Manager, overseeing client contracts, service level agreements and budget management.

In his current role, Mourad is responsible for driving business development and managing product lines, particularly for ServiceNow and Microsoft solutions. His extensive experience in IT governance, project management, and customer satisfaction make him a key leader in the development and execution of Axians' business strategy in Luxembourg.
