Florian Pfleiderer is Head of Strategy, Transformation & Performance Controlling for Deutsche Börse's Post-Trade division and Chief Executive Officer of Clearstream Services S.A. 
 
In his dual role, he leads the development and execution of Clearstream's corporate strategy and oversees the legal entity responsible for delivering core technology and operational services across Clearstream's post-trade ecosystem. His work focuses on positioning Clearstream for the future of financial markets - driving innovation through emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and distributed ledger technology, expanding the organisation's global reach, and reinforcing its role as a trusted pillar of Europe's financial infrastructure. 
 
Prior to joining Deutsche Börse, Florian was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised major European financial institutions on strategy, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
