Sinéad O'Donnell is co-founder of DO Recruitment Advisors, a consultancy specialising in the recruitment of expert profiles. With over twenty years' experience in recruitment and headhunting, she has become an expert in identifying and attracting the best talent on both the local and international markets. She has in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg job market and all the professions represented there. She graduated with a BA in Management in 1994 and began her career the same year at the Irish Embassy in Luxembourg. In 1999 she joined the financial sector before making the transition to the world of recruitment in 2001. In 2008, Sinéad O'Donnell and Nathalie Delebois founded DO Recruitment Advisors, a firm that has won several awards from the recruitment industry.

Sinéad O'Donnell est co-fondatrice du cabinet DO Recruitment Advisors, cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans le recrutement de profils experts. Forte de plus de vingt ans d’expérience dans le recrutement et la chasse de tête, elle est devenue experte dans l'identification et l'attraction des meilleurs talents tant sur le marché local qu’international. Titulaire d’un BA Management obtenu en 1994, elle démarre sa carrière la même année à l’ambassade d’Irlande à Luxembourg.  En 1999 elle rejoint le secteur financier avant de faire la transition dans le monde du recrutement en 2001.
En 2008, Sinéad O’Donnell et Nathalie Delebois fondent DO Recruitment Advisors, cabinet récompensé à plusieurs reprises par l’industrie du recrutement.
