Sinéad O'Donnell is co-founder of DO Recruitment Advisors, a consultancy specialising in the recruitment of expert profiles. With over twenty years' experience in recruitment and headhunting, she has become an expert in identifying and attracting the best talent on both the local and international markets. She graduated with a BA in Management in 1994 and began her career the same year at the Irish Embassy in Luxembourg. In 1999 she joined the financial sector before making the transition to the world of recruitment in 2001.
