Audrey Rustichelli is the Partner of the Technologies & IP department and of the Commercial Contracts practice of PwC Legal. She advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters and has extensive experience in IT agreements, Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, electronic identification and trust services, privacy matters and data protection issues, including assistance with GDPR compliance projects. She handles issues related to protecting, enforcing and defending IP rights but also assist clients in order to optimise their IP protection strategy by drafting and negotiating all types of IP contracts (including notably licensing, distribution, franchising and merchandising contracts). She also assists clients in the area of media law, including marketing, advertising, market regulation and unfair competition and is involved on a regular basis in the tailored drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements.
