Jean-Yves is a Partner within PwC Legal. He has a strong background with more than 20 years of experience in international tax and international business reorganisations. Jean-Yves is responsible for Luxembourg corporate services, assisting mainly multinational groups through their implementation and restructuring processes. This notably includes in-bound and out-bound migrations, domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, liquidations, etc. He is also involved in both international and domestic real estate deals.
