Maisy Gorza has been Director of the National Institute for Languages Luxembourg (INLL) since 2021. She began her career there in 2009 as a French teacher. In 2016, she was appointed internship coordinator before becoming Deputy Director in 2018.
She holds a Master’s degree in Italian from the University of Nancy 2, during which she completed an Erasmus stay in L’Aquila, in the Abruzzo region. She then completed her academic path with a Master’s degree in Modern Literature, also obtained at the University of Nancy 2.
At the same time, since 2016, she has been working as an educational advisor and trainer at the Institute for Training of the National Education (IFEN). Specializing in management and educational coaching, she is actively involved in both initial and continuing teacher training within the national education system. Her priorities focus on pedagogical innovation and the development of creativity in teaching.

Université Nancy II (France)

Maisy Gorza est directrice de l’Institut national des langues Luxembourg (INLL) depuis 2021. Elle y débute sa carrière en 2009 en tant qu’enseignante de français. En 2016, elle est nommée coordinatrice de stage, avant d’accéder au poste de directrice adjointe en 2018.
Titulaire d’une maîtrise en italien obtenue à l’Université Nancy 2, elle a, dans ce cadre, effectué un séjour Erasmus à L’Aquila, dans les Abruzzes. Elle complète ensuite son parcours universitaire par une maîtrise en lettres modernes, également obtenue à l’Université Nancy 2.
Parallèlement, elle exerce depuis 2016 les fonctions de conseillère didactique et de formatrice à l’Institut de formation de l’Éducation nationale (IFEN). Spécialisée en management et en coaching éducatif, elle s’implique activement dans la formation initiale et continue des enseignants de l’Éducation nationale. Ses priorités portent sur l’innovation pédagogique et le développement de la créativité dans l’enseignement.
