Céline Zimmer is an architect and researcher from Luxembourg. She studied architecture in Trier and Hamburg, where she developed a hands-on approach to design, notably through the construction of a wooden pavilion as part of her master’s thesis.
During her doctoral studies at the University of Luxembourg, she contributed to several research projects, including “Luxembourg in Transition”, and participated in the Oslo Architecture Triennial 2022 with the project “The 10 sqm CO-OP”. In 2023, she obtained her PhD with a dissertation on alternative housing models in Luxembourg, focusing on new approaches beyond market and state provision.
