Daniela Ragni is the Director of the André Losch Foundation, whose strategic and operational development she has been steering since 2019. Over the course of her career, she has worked for some twenty years in non-governmental organisations active in the social sector and international cooperation in Luxembourg, holding management positions at Fairtrade asbl and the Caritas Foundation, among others. During her tenure at the Fondation Caritas Luxembourg, from 2010 to 2017, Daniela led the awareness-raising and policy advocacy programme within the International Cooperation department. In 2018, she then helped set up the new Economics and Social Innovation Department.

Daniela Ragni ist Direktorin der André Losch Fondation, deren strategische und operative Entwicklung sie ab 2019 steuert. Im Laufe ihrer Karriere arbeitete sie rund 20 Jahre lang bei Nichtregierungsorganisationen, die im sozialen Sektor und in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit in Luxemburg tätig sind, und bekleidete Führungspositionen, unter anderem bei Fairtrade asbl und der Caritas-Stiftung. Während ihrer Zeit bei der Fondation Caritas Luxembourg von 2010 bis 2017 leitete Daniela das Programm für politische Bewusstseinsbildung und Anwaltschaft in der Abteilung für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. Im Jahr 2018 half sie dann beim Aufbau der neuen Abteilung für Wirtschaft und soziale Innovation.

Daniela Ragni est la Directrice d’André Losch Fondation, qu’elle dirige depuis 2019. Elle y pilote la stratégie philanthropique et s’attache à positionner la Fondation comme un acteur fédérateur d’initiatives et un facilitateur d’échanges en faveur de la jeunesse au Luxembourg, notamment dans les domaines de l’éducation, de la santé et de l’inclusion sociale.
Forte de plus de vingt ans d’expérience dans le secteur associatif et la coopération internationale, elle a occupé des postes de direction chez Fairtrade Lëtzebuerg ainsi qu’au sein de la Fondation Caritas Luxembourg, où elle a contribué à des projets de plaidoyer et au développement d’initiatives à impact sociétal.
Ce parcours traduit sa conviction personnelle que les alliances, le dialogue et la collaboration sont essentiels pour répondre aux défis sociétaux en constants changements.
