Oana Bentel has been a Partner in the audit department at Forvis Mazars since December 2025. With over 20 years of experience, she specialises in audit services for listed companies, with strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting and regulatory frameworks applicable to EU Public Interest Entities and SEC registrants.
She has led complex international audits across various industries, notably in the steel and telecommunications sectors, and is recognised for her technical expertise, leadership and project management skills. Oana holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is an authorised auditor in Luxembourg, as well as a member of ACCA and the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.
