Christian Faust studied philosophy, German and Romance languages and literature at the LMU Munich, then graduated as a certified translator in technology, economics and law at the Sprachen- und Dolmetscherinstitut (SDI) in Munich. He later worked as a freelance specialist translator for automotive and mechanical engineering companies, mainly in Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland before founding his own translation company in Belgium in 1996, then in Luxembourg in 2004, specializing in technology, marketing and e-business in all business languages. Furhtermore, he worked on the development of specific certified translation solutions for machine translation, transcreation, technical translation according to ISO 17100 and 18587 (LoLa, MAeX & CO).
His main focus today lies on modernizing the working environment in the company: 5-hour day, equal pay, menstrual leave, and health prevention. He's also a supporter for non-profit organizations such as Save The Children and PETA.

Il a ensuite travaillé comme traducteur spécialisé indépendant pour des entreprises de construction automobile et mécanique, principalement en Allemagne, en Italie, en Autriche et en Suisse, avant de fonder son propre bureau de traduction en Belgique en 1996, puis au Luxembourg en 2004, spécialisé dans la technologie, le marketing et le commerce électronique dans toutes les langues commerciales. En outre, il a travaillé au développement de solutions de traduction certifiées spécifiques pour la traduction automatique, la transcréation et la traduction technique conformément aux normes ISO 17100 et 18587 (LoLa, MAeX & CO).
Aujourd'hui, il se consacre principalement à la modernisation de l'environnement de travail au sein de l'entreprise : Journée de 5 heures, égalité salariale, congés menstruels et prévention en matière de santé. Il soutient également des organisations à but non lucratif telles que Save The Children et PETA.
