Rémi Fouilloy is a Partner of Morgan Philips Group, where he manages the Luxembourgish and Belgian operations. Graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and NEOMA Business School, he began his career within PwC in Paris before joining the recruitment industry in 1999. Rémi worked for 13 years in the industry for an Anglo-Saxon player in Paris, Luxembourg, and Zurich. He then participated in the creation of Morgan Philips Executive Search and Fyte in 2013. With over 20 years of experience, he assists his clients in their search for the best executives, experts, and interim managers; he focuses strongly on the financial sector and he’s the Financial Services Practice Leader of the group.

Diplômé de l’université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne et de NEOMA Business School, il a débuté sa carrière chez PwC à Paris avant de rejoindre le métier du recrutement en 1999. Rémi a évolué au sein d’un acteur anglo-saxon du secteur durant 13 ans à Paris au Luxembourg et à Zürich avant de participer à la création de Morgan Philips. Fort d’une expérience de plus de 25 ans, il accompagne ses clients dans leurs recherches des meilleurs dirigeants, experts et managers de transition avec un focus prononcé dans le secteur financier. Il est également à la tête de la practice Financial Services au niveau groupe.

Mit seiner über 20-jährigen Erfahrung unterstützt er seine Kunden bei der Suche nach den besten Führungskräften, Experten und Interim Managern mit einem ausgeprägten Fokus auf den Finanzsektor. Heute leitet er die Financial Services Practice auf Konzernebene.
