In 2005, David began at the Syndicat Intercommunal de Gestion Informatique, playing a key role in designing the data center network and managing Luxembourg's intercommunal network, developing solid expertise.

In 2012, he joined POST Telecom (ex-LUXGSM) as a pre-sales consultant. Attentive to clients, he conceived and led the ControlCenter project with an intrapreneurial mindset. Awarded "Mobility Solution of the Year" in 2014, it became essential for professional clients and continues to evolve under his vision.

In 2020, he joined POST Luxembourg's Digital Transformation Department and took charge of the LuxID project, uniting POST, RTL, CFL, and Cactus, illustrating his ability to lead projects involving major stakeholders.
