Valentin is a Partner in private equity and commercial companies sectors. Valentin is one of our experts on IFRS and consolidation reports.
He is a charted certified accountant (ACCA Member) since 2012 and a Réviseurs d’entreprises agréé since 2023.
Valentin started his audit career in 2006 at EY. During his career in Romania, from 2006 to 2011, he worked on consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS for a number of PIEs or international corporations. His career in Luxembourg started at EY where Valentin was responsible for the audit of several PIEs, international corporations and private equity structures. He joined Forvis Mazars in 2016 and has continuously assisted in the success of the firm since.
Valentin has more than 16 years of experience in PIEs and international corporations and PE structures.
