Da sie schon immer den Traum hatte, ein eigenes Unternehmen zu gründen, studiert sie Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der ICHEC. Sie hatte die Möglichkeit, einen Austausch in Antwerpen an der Hogeschool Thomas More Associatie KU Leuven zu absolvieren. Da sie sich zum Produktdesign hingezogen fühlte, beschloss sie, einen spezialisierten Master in Marketing an der Leuven School of Management zu absolvieren.

Da sie sich für die Bekleidungsbranche interessierte, begann sie ihre berufliche Laufbahn in der Zentrale von PointCarré in der Marketingabteilung und wurde unter anderem Leiterin des Kundenservice.
Sie wollte näher am Kunden und an der Praxis sein und schloss sich dem Projekt ihres Bruders an, indem sie gemeinsam ein Konzept für ein fahrendes Restaurant und Catering aufstellte: De Belsch Le Camion Gourmet. Das Konzept basiert auf Qualität, Handwerk, Genuss und Gastfreundschaft und stellt belgische Spezialitäten in den Vordergrund.

Ayant toujours eu comme rêve de créer sa propre entreprise, elle poursuit des études en Gestion d’Entreprise à l’ICHEC. Elle a eu l’opportunité d’effectuer un échange à Anvers à la Hogeschool Thomas More Associatie KU Leuven. Etant attirée par la conception produit, elle décide de poursuivre un Master spécialisé en Marketing à la Louvain School of Management.

Intéressée par le secteur du prêt-à-porter, elle débute sa carrière professionnelle au siège de PointCarré dans le département marketing, et devient notamment responsable service client.
Envie d’être davantage proche du client et du terrain, elle rejoint le projet de son frère en créant ensemble un concept de restaurant/ traiteur ambulant : De Belsch Le Camion Gourmet. Mettant les spécialités belges en avant, les maîtres-mots y sont qualité, artisanat, gourmandise et convivialité!

Having always dreamed of setting up her own business, she is studying Business Management at ICHEC. Interested in the ready-to-wear sector, she began her professional career at PointCarré's head office in the marketing department, where she became customer service manager.
Wanting to be closer to the customer and the field, she joined her brother's project and together they created a mobile restaurant/caterer concept: De Belsch Le Camion Gourmet. With a focus on Belgian specialities, the key words are quality, craftsmanship, good food and conviviality!
