Carl de La Chapelle is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach, where he advises fund sponsors on all of the regulatory and corporate law aspects of the structuring and ongoing operations of alternative investment funds. His focus in this area is on private equity and venture capital. Further fields of expertise include fund governance, downstream assistance with respect to fund investments, carried interests and co-investment arrangements, as well as corporate reorganisations. He has been a member of Luxembourg Bar and Paris Bar since 2013.
