Fiona de Watazzi is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation, restructuring and day to-day management of investment fund managers and investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, liquid AIFs and semi-liquid AIFs investing in private assets.
Fiona has been a member of Luxembourg Bar since 2016 and New York Bar since 2010.
She is also a solicitor qualified in England and Wales since 2015. Fiona is also a member of EFAMA and ALFI.
