David Determe began his entrepreneurial journey in Luxembourg in 2001, co-founding Betic, an engineering firm that grew from 2 to 110 employees under his leadership. In 2020, he guided Betic through a merger with an international architecture firm, supporting its integration into a European group of 22,000 employees.

Inspired by his motto, "Dream, Dare, Do," David aims to build an environment where people can become the best versions of themselves. Pairtopair emerged from his experiences and insights, officially launching in 2024 as he stepped away from his previous roles.

Having benefitted from trusted guidance at each stage of his career, David created Pairtopair to make such support accessible to all, fostering mutual assistance and knowledge-sharing among peers facing similar professional challenges.
