Louis-Nicolas Bier, 3rd year PhD student at the University of Lorraine (CEREFIGE laboratory), Training Manager and young auditor at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (FR). After initial experience in the military aeronautics industry in Lean Management and project management, he held the position of Quality Manager at the Automobile Club du Luxembourg ASBL from 2019 to 2023. Since August 2023 he has held the position of Operational Director of the Automobile Club du Luxembourg.
His research focuses on the use of quality approaches as a lever for organisational innovation.

Louis-Nicolas Bier, Doctorant en 3ème année à l’Université de Lorraine (laboratoire CEREFIGE), Manager de formation et auditeur jeune de l'Institut des hautes études de Défense nationale (FR). Après une première expérience dans l'industrie aéronautique militaire en Lean Management et gestion de projets, il a occupé des fonctions de responsable qualité à l’Automobile Club du Luxembourg ASBL de 2019 à 2023. Depuis août 2023 il occupe le poste de Directeur opérationnel de l’Automobile Club du Luxembourg.
Ses travaux de recherches portent sur l’action des démarches qualité comme levier d’innovations organisationnelles.

Louis-Nicolas Bier, Doktorand im dritten Jahr an der Université de Lorraine (CEREFIGE-Labor), Ausbildungsmanager und junger Auditor des Institut des hautes études de Défense nationale (FR). Nach ersten Erfahrungen in der militärischen Luftfahrtindustrie im Bereich Lean Management und Projektmanagement war er von 2019 bis 2023 als Qualitätsmanager beim Automobile Club du Luxembourg ASBL tätig. Seit August 2023 ist er als operativer Direktor des Automobile Club du Luxembourg tätig.
Seine Forschungsarbeiten befassen sich mit der Wirkung von Qualitätsansätzen als Hebel für organisatorische Innovationen.
