Andrew Zacharias, a graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSc Hons in Architectural Design and Technology, began his career in 2007 as a Junior Project Manager in the office fit-out sector in the UK. In 2010, he joined ISG, where he transitioned to the retail fit-out sector and progressed to become a Project Manager, typically handling multiple projects simultaneously.
In 2017, he moved to Luxembourg, returning to office fit-outs, and gained valuable experience by developing his skills while overcoming language barriers to deliver exceptional and memorable projects for clients. He also took on the leadership of ISG's Luxembourg team, where he was responsible for the operational and strategic management of the branch.
At the end of 2024, he left ISG, and since January 2025, he has held the position of Country Head Luxembourg at Agilité Solutions.

Il a également pris la direction de l'équipe luxembourgeoise d'ISG, où il était responsable de la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique de la succursale.
Fin 2024, il a quitté ISG et, depuis janvier 2025, il occupe le poste de Country Head Luxembourg chez Agilité Solutions.
