Chloé Baumann, psychologue du travail, a collaboré avec l’Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS) sur le développement, l’expérimentation et la validation d’une échelle de mesure des violences professionnelles dans la littérature scientifique. Elle a également créé une échelle de mesure dédiée aux risques psychosociaux et à leurs facteurs. Spécialisée dans la prévention et la gestion des risques psychosociaux (RPS) en milieu professionnel, Chloé est actuellement cogérante de la société Pétillances.

Chloé Baumann, an occupational psychologist, has worked with the Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS) on the development, testing and validation of a scale for measuring workplace violence in the scientific literature. She has also created a measurement scale dedicated to psychosocial risks and their factors. Specialising in the prevention and management of psychosocial risks in the workplace, Chloé is currently co-manager of Pétillances.

Die Arbeitspsychologin Chloé Baumann hat mit dem Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS) an der Entwicklung, Erprobung und Validierung einer Skala zur Messung berufsbedingter Gewalt in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur zusammengearbeitet. Außerdem hat sie eine Messskala entwickelt, die psychosozialen Risiken und ihren Faktoren gewidmet ist. Chloé hat sich auf die Prävention und das Management psychosozialer Risiken (PSR) am Arbeitsplatz spezialisiert und ist derzeit Mitgeschäftsführerin des Unternehmens Pétillances.
