Claude Niedner is a Partner in the Investment Management practice and Co-Chair of Arendt, with a particular focus on regulatory advisory work concerning UCITS, alternative investment funds and investment fund management companies. Claude is recognised as a leading lawyer in the investment fund area in Luxembourg and has been recommended by legal directories including Chambers Global, IFLR 1000 and Legal 500. In his role as Co-Chair, Claude is responsible for establishing and executing upon Arendt’s strategic initiatives. Claude joined Arendt in 1993 and served in a variety of leadership roles at Arendt before being named Co-Chair in 2020. Claude also serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Arendt Investor Services S.A., the corporate and investor services arm of Arendt.
