Partner Michel Bulach, heads the Pinsent Masons Luxembourg office and heads the banking, finance & insurance practice in Luxembourg. His field of expertise also includes corporate law, which enables him to represent and advise clients with regard to various legal aspects.
Michel is particularly active in the areas of insurance and reinsurance, bank lending, capital markets and structured finance transactions. He has considerable experience advising financial institutions and their clients on their operational activities and on regulatory matters (financial supervision, professional obligations, MiFID).
In addition to banks, Michel equally advises international groups, (re)insurance companies, asset managers, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
