An entrepreneur at heart and a former karting champion, Stéphane Rivez began his career by setting up his first company at the start of his university studies. His competitive spirit has always enabled him to take up challenges with enthusiasm and to run his companies with the determination to push back all qualitative limits. With a degree in Civil Engineering, he was the driving force behind all of CrossComm's products and services, notably as Marketing and Development Director from 2005 to 2008, and then of Crossing Telecom, which he took over at the age of 31, with the aim of completing the absorption of CrossComm by Crossing Telecom, which was finalised in 2008. He has headed Crossing Telecom since 2006, and acts as an independent advisor to SMEs in difficulty in their reorganisation.

Entrepreneur dans l'âme et ancien champion de karting, Stéphane Rivez a entamé sa carrière en créant sa première société au début de ses études universitaires. Son esprit de compétition lui a permis de toujours relever les défis avec enthousiasme et de diriger ses entreprises avec la volonté de repousser toutes les limites qualitatives. Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur Civil, il a été l'instigateur de l'ensemble des produits et services de CrossComm, notamment en tant que Directeur Marketing et Développements de 2005 à 2008, puis de Crossing Telecom, dont il a pris les rennes à l'âge de 31 ans, avec l'objectif de réaliser l'absorption de CrossComm par Crossing Telecom finalisée en 2008. Il dirige depuis 2006 Crossing Telecom et agit en tant que conseilleur indépendant auprès des PME en difficulté dans leur réorganisation.

Als Unternehmer mit Leib und Seele und ehemaliger Kart-Champion begann Stéphane Rivez seine Karriere mit der Gründung seiner ersten Firma zu Beginn seines Universitätsstudiums. Sein Wettbewerbsgeist ermöglichte es ihm, Herausforderungen stets mit Begeisterung anzunehmen und seine Unternehmen mit dem Willen zu führen, alle qualitativen Grenzen zu überschreiten. Er hat einen Abschluss als Bauingenieur und hat alle Produkte und Dienstleistungen von CrossComm entwickelt, insbesondere als Direktor für Marketing und Entwicklung von 2005 bis 2008. Danach übernahm er im Alter von 31 Jahren die Leitung von Crossing Telecom mit dem Ziel, die Übernahme von CrossComm durch Crossing Telecom, die 2008 abgeschlossen wurde, zu vollziehen. Seit 2006 leitet er Crossing Telecom und ist als unabhängiger Berater für KMU tätig, die sich in Schwierigkeiten bei der Reorganisation befinden.
