Marielle Stevenot is specialized in employment law from the very early stages of her career and has acquired in-depth knowledge of all aspects of employment law and social security, in particular business restructuring projects (outsourcing, collective redundancies…), international mobility situations such as expatriation and secondment, and implementation of stock option plans and similar incentive schemes. Marielle represents clients in front of the labour and social security courts, dealing notably with high-profile unfair dismissal cases and enforcement of restrictive covenants. She has in addition developed an expertise in partnership matters, including partners hires and exits and drafting of partnership agreements.
Marielle is a regular speaker at conferences and is ranked as a leading labour lawyer by the major legal directories.
