With nearly 30 years of experience, Nicolas is a certified Luxembourg Réviseur d’Entreprises (CPA) and Expert Comptable. He specializes in Transfer Pricing and Valuations and leads the TP Team at EY Luxembourg.
He assists multinational companies across various sectors, including banking, asset management and capital markets. He has managed many projects for large multinational companies, focusing on global transfer pricing and intercompany financing.
Nicolas has successfully negotiated multiple unilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and the first bilateral APA with Luxembourg tax authorities. His work involves justifying interest and royalty margins, verifying royalty rates, valuing intellectual property, documenting asset values in intra-group sales, and assessing company valuations.
