Nicolas Buck started his career in the family business, Imprimerie de la Cour Victor Buck where he quickly innovated, offering reporting services for the investment fund industry.  He created Victor Buck Services, which earned him the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004.  After selling his company to the Luxembourg Post in 2012, he founded Seqvoia, an innovative fintech that solves data, disclosure and reporting headaches for the asset management industry.  Now with offices in London as well as Luxembourg, Seqvoia serves an international client base of asset managers and servicers.
From spring 2016 to spring 2019, he was president of Fedil and from February 2019 to December 2020 president of UEL.
Nick is also chairman of Banque de Luxembourg Investments and sits on various boards. Furthermore, he is the initiator of Luxembourg #StartUpNation and was from 2014 to 2017, president of nyuko, the startup accelerator.
