Serge Krancenblum is co-founder of the IQ-EQ Group and currently chairs its Supervisory Board.

Serge has been at the forefront of a number of Luxembourg-based groups that have expanded internationally, including Gatsby & White and Sqope Intelligence. He acts as a business angel to support talented entrepreneurs and also sits on the board of several funds and private companies.

Serge represented the financial sector on the Haut Comité de la Place Financière for several years as chairman of the Luxembourg Alternative Assets Administrators Association (L3A) and the Luxembourg Association of Family Offices (LAFO). He is still Honorary Chairman. In 2018, Serge was voted European Personality of the Year at the Funds Europe Awards.

Serge is a member of the board of the think tank European Leadership Network and of the charity Les Yeux dans la Tête.
