Donato Rotunno is the founder of Tarantula Luxembourg. Since its creation in 1995, he has supervised more than 50 feature films, most of which have premiered at festivals such as Cannes, Venice, Toronto and Locarno. At the same time, he has pursued a career as a director of documentaries and feature films. His latest fiction film, "Io sto bene", represented Luxembourg at the 94th Academy Awards in the "Best International Feature Film" category. In 2024, he presented his documentary "What's Left" and in 2026 he will present "Europe : la bataille des sièges". 
Donato is the father of Cleo and Romeo Libero.

He is also a director of documentaries and feature films. His latest fiction film, Io sto bene, represented Luxembourg at the 94th Academy Awards in the Best International Feature Film category. In 2024, he directed his documentary La Fourchette à Gauche (What’s left). His latest documentary Europe : la bataille des sièges (Europe: Three cities, one roof), will be released in 2026. He is currently the President of Union Luxembourgeoise de la Production Audiovisuelle (ULPA). Donato Rotunno is the father of Cleo and Romeo Libero.
