Véronique Hoffeld, partner, heads the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group of our Luxembourg office. She focuses on commercial law, litigation, arbitration, real estate and IP law.
Véronique has experience in advising on complex, high-value multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration cases, as well as in proceedings before the civil courts and arbitration tribunals. She focuses in particular on financial and corporate litigation. She also advises on all aspects of real estate law, including the negotiation of contracts and litigation.
Véronique’s experience in IP law includes working on multi-jurisdictional IP and commercial disputes involving patents, trademarks, distribution and agency agreements, and infringements of copyrights and designs.

As per 1 January 2020, she has been appointed president of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).
